By downloading, installing, or using the 'Lift it - AI Workout Coach' application (the "Application") developed by Carillon Inc (the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Medical & Health Disclaimer
- The AI workout analysis, feedback, and any other information provided by the Application are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- You should always consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of the Application. You use the Application entirely at your own risk.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the selected subscription price.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Cancellations and Refunds: The Company cannot directly process refunds. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Terms of Service. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Intellectual Property
All content within the Application, including but not limited to AI models, designs, text, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
